Oswego Patch Article

I recently did an interview for the Oswego Patch. Here is the article they wrote about my St. Jude fundraising efforts.

http://oswego.patch.com/articles/neighbors-dave-bucher Thanks to those at the Patch for covering my efforts!

Also, I was out canning yesterday at 171st & Harlem, I’ll update with a total once we count the money from both shifts. If you are visiting my site as result of getting one of my business cards yesterday, thanks for stopping by and thanks for your donation!

Couple Days video now online!

Today is the world premiere of the video for “Couple Days”, a song I wrote about the St. Jude run from Chicago to Peoria.  You can watch the video at http://www.youtube.com/user/davehelpskids.  We put the video together as an effort to raise awareness and donations for St. Jude Children’s Hospital so please help if you can.

I urge everyone to check out the video, “like it”, make a donation (www.stjudepeoriaruns.org/davebucher) and pass it on!  Our goal is to reach as many people as possible, please help spread the word.  “Likes are nice, but donations save lives!”

Release for Video Set for 5/23

The video for “Couple Days” is nearing completion.  It will ‘world premiere’ on 5/23.  I’ll need your help to spread the word and raise as much money for St. Jude as we can!

I’m also now on Facebook at www.facebook.com/davehelpskids, or just click “Facebook” above.

Video is coming along…

We were able to shoot some video at Phillips Park on May 2nd, and Jeff has been hard at work on putting the video together.  Just saw a scratch version this morning and all I can say is that it looks awesome.  Finishing touches coming soon and the video will be out there for all to see!  I’ll be recruiting everyone to forward it to as many people as possible!!!

More news to come!
